DESCRIPTION
Delivered at best value for the Town of Queen Creek, this project involved the construction of a new one-mile alignment of the arterial Meridian Road from Queen Creek Road to Germann Road. It also included the construction of a new signalized intersection at the major intersection of Meridian Road and Germann Road. This critical project completed the final portion of Meridian Road, providing direct access to SR-24 for the Town of Queen Creek, the second fastest growing city in Arizona.
At the start of construction, Banicki relocated 6,000 LF of 12kV overhead power lines underground for SRP. After completing the underground relocation work, our Project Team collaborated with SRP for the installation of SRP’s new 69kV overhead power lines in conjunction with the new roadway construction.
