DESCRIPTION

This CMAR project, delivered in two GMPs aligned with FAA grant funding availability, introduced significant drainage improvements and airfield safety enhancements at DVT. The project addressed existing infields with deep channel drainage that previously retained water, causing overflow onto runways and taxiways during storm events. Additionally, excess material within the RSA was removed to improve safety and compliance.

Our CMAR team strictly adhered to FAA-mandated airside safety and security protocols throughout construction and site restoration within the RSA along both DVT runways. During preconstruction, Banicki collaborated closely with facilities management to minimize access and scheduling impacts for DVT tenants.
