JBCI Services
General Contractor
Since its inception, JBCI has and continues to serve as a General Contractor on a variety of Arizona projects. As a General Contractor, we provide a full service from the time a job is awarded throughout the process to completion. JBCI performs the work using a mix of in-house trade labor and subcontractors. We take full responsibility for performing, supervising, and overseeing coordination of the entire project, and we work closely with all parties involved to maintain a high level of communication throughout each project, addressing every concern or issue that arises promptly, safely and to the satisfaction of all. We are committed to “the buck stops here” tenet in all areas of every project.
With nearly 20 years experience, we know what it takes to deliver —
a strong, highly skilled team and a steadfast commitment to excellence — that’s JBCI!
It is the foundation of our culture and the philosophy of our service. Why?
Because that is what it takes to be a company that clients can count on
to get the job done and get it done right, without the worries
and the hassles, on time and on budget.
Job Order Contracts/Construction Manager at Risk/Design Build
Recently, more and more agencies are opting to use the alternate methods of Job Order Contracts, Construction Manager at Risk and Design/Build projects to ensure the construction of a quality product. These alternate project delivery methods are becoming more commonly used over the traditional “hard bid” method of procuring contractors.
In response to these current trends, JBCI has undergone some restructuring of our internal organization and has recruited some outstanding personnel to assist in the implementation of these unique projects during all phases of construction. Additionally, JBCI believes in continuing education for key personnel and staff. This means that our clients will benefit from our up-to-date training and the education of our staff for these types of projects.
Over the years, JBCI has developed strong relationships with area contractors that are specialized in various fields of construction. These contractors have a proven record of delivering a quality product and superior workmanship.
The number one objective of the agencies that we have worked with is to produce a quality project with the least amount of agency supervision and at a minimal cost. As a result, our clients can expect their project, whether it is a Job Order Contract, Construction Manager at Risk, or Design/Build, to be taken seriously. We provide substantial effort, diligent project management, and the utilization of trustworthy suppliers and subcontractors to deliver a project that not only fulfills the contract terms but also leaves the client satisfied with the result. We are confident that the work we provide will continue to justify our record of high customer satisfaction.
